Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT, depending on the company’s domain).
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
