Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination π
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and organizational culture π€
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media π
- Conduct technical and HR screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit π
- Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process π
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines β°
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies π»
- Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment CRM π
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field π
- 4-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting π
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies π»
- Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn and job boards π
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts or job requisitions π
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills π¬
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet hiring targets π
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ATS tools like Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or Job Diva π
- Familiarity with international hiring (US/UK markets) π
- Understanding of contractual and permanent hiring models π
