Job Summary:

- Conduct technical and HR screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit 📝

- Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process 📞

- Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies 💻

- Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment CRM 📊

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 🎓

- 4-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting 📈

- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies 💻

- Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn and job boards 📊

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts or job requisitions 📈

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 💬

- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet hiring targets 🏆

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ATS tools like Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or Job Diva 📊

- Familiarity with international hiring (US/UK markets) 🌎

- Understanding of contractual and permanent hiring models 📝
