Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget and facilitate offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS.
Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.
