Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & clients.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment records and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
