Key Responsibilities
Source blue-collar candidates through field recruitment activities.
Visit local markets, industrial areas, training institutes, job fairs, and placement centers to generate candidate leads.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and company policies to candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and document collection.
Follow up with selected candidates until they complete onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with local consultants, NGOs, colleges, and referral partners.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Achieve assigned hiring targets within the given timeline.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
