HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Leverage AI recruitment tools (e.g., HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout, or similar) for resume screening, skills assessments, and communication evaluations
Write and publish compelling job descriptions
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements
Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
✅ Qualifications:
Graduate.
Atleast 1 Year of Experience in Recruitment.
Proficient with ATS platforms and HR technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Prior experience in HR or recruiting industry is a plus
