Location: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201307

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 1+ to 5 Year

Work Mode:- Work from Office- 5 Days working

Working time: 9am to 6pm

Offered CTC :- It depends on experience level, please source candidate under 5.5 LPA.

Notice Period:- Please Look immediate to 15 days Max

Mode of Interview: F2F (if candidate is not ready to f2f then first round would be video then f2f but f2f interview would be mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with 1+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to attract top-tier tech talent.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT or software development.

Solid understanding of technology stacks and technical job roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Full Stack, QA, etc.).

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
