HR Recruiter

About the Organization:
Our company was established in 2020 and is currently in a growing and expansion stage. With a present team strength of 25 employees, we are focused on scaling operations and building a strong, performance-driven workforce.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely hiring as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from management and department heads.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.

• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.

• Ensure proper follow-up with selected candidates until joining.

• Handle onboarding coordination and documentation process.

Hiring Target:

• The recruiter is expected to close a minimum of 3 successful hires per month, depending on organizational requirements and open positions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing strategies.

• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.

• Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).

• Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
