JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for designing recruitment plans, advertising needed positions, and interviewing applicants
Analyze and understand the requirement received from the clients.
Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals and referencing.
Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations.
Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview.
Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same.
Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly.
To keep a track on selected candidates joining in a company.
Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met.
