About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join the dynamic recruitment team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to successful hiring, with a particular focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Naukri, Foundit, and other recruitment channels.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final offer.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters and interns.
Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies.
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and candidate engagement.
Ensure timely candidate closures within defined TAT.
Prepare and present recruitment MIS reports.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience in mentoring junior team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong target-oriented approach to recruitment.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications
