Job Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct reference checks and background verification
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
