Position: Admin Executive
Department: Administration
Role Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining
office records, coordinating with internal departments, handling vendor communication, and
ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage office administration and documentation.
• Maintain records, files, reports, and databases.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Support attendance tracking and employee documentation.
• Prepare reports and MIS as required by management.
• Ensure office facilities and assets are properly maintained.
• Assist with compliance and administrative procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
