Role Purpose
The HR Recruiter Executive is responsible for end-to-end hiring execution, with a strong focus on psychometric fit, attitude, emotional maturity, and role suitability, not just qualifications.
This role requires high observation skills, people judgment, structured thinking, and ethical hiring discipline.
Core Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes with focus on role relevance, stability, and growth intent
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, attitude, and cultural fit
2. Psychometric & Behavioral Evaluation
Assess candidates on key behavioral traits such as:
Emotional intelligence
Communication clarity
Stress tolerance
Integrity & work ethics
Learning mindset
Ask structured behavioral and situational questions during interviews
Identify red flags related to instability, entitlement, low accountability, or poor attitude
3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
Schedule interviews with department heads and doctors
Brief candidates clearly about role expectations, work culture, and performance standards
Ensure a professional, respectful, and transparent candidate experience
4. Hiring Quality & Documentation
Maintain structured interview notes and evaluation scores
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation
Ensure background checks and reference checks where applicable
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with department heads to understand real hiring needs
Align recruitment with Nubello’s SOPs, performance standards, and culture
Support onboarding coordination with training and operations teams

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or Management preferred
Experience:
1–3 years in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience hiring for clinics, healthcare, sales, or service roles is a plus
Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, MS Office, and ATS/CRM systems
Strong command of English and local language(s)
