ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  Identify potential candidates in the target market and Segment, through Direct Interviews & Virtual Interviews.  Give Job post & advertise the job openings in various portals & platforms.  Sourcing the data suitable for the Field Sales Profile.  Minimum 1 new joiner every week for the field sales profile.  PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE.  Should be graduate or post-graduate from a recognized university.  Proven experience of a minimum 6months to 2 years for field sales profile  Should have a strong track record of success within sales hiring.  Strong understanding of manpower needs.  Should be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
