HR Recruiter

·         Identify potential clients in the target market and Segment, through Direct Sales in Bangalore and Virtual Sales anywhere in India. Identify potential clients and markets for manpower services.

·         Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

·         Generate Business Funnel, Customer Base, and Various account information and interact with HR over the phone, emails, and personal visits and meetings.

·         Managing the sales process to win and scale up new business opportunities.

·         Prepare and Submit business proposals, and quotes, follow up, Negotiate, and close contracts with prospective clients

·         Provide regular reports and updates on account status, sales activities, and client feedback.

·         Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
