HR Recruiter

We are seeking a passionate and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from understanding client requirements to closing positions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring needs and job specifications.

• Source candidates through various platforms — job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates.

• Coordinate client interviews and follow up on feedback.

• Manage candidate communication through the recruitment lifecycle.

• Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.

• Support in bulk hiring, mid-level, and leadership recruitment.

• Collaborate with the business development team to support client requirements.
