We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-IT bulk hiring as well as business development, with the ability to manage client relationships and drive recruitment business growth.
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions (sales, customer support, operations, logistics, etc.)
Handle bulk hiring and walk-in drives for clients
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding processes
Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients for recruitment services
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and hiring targets
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT) and business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Experience in a staffing or recruitment agency will be an added advantage
