Recruitment Support
Draft and post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

Employee Records & Documentation
Update employee databases with new hire information.
File HR documents and maintain attendance/absence records.
Draft employee agreements and policy updates.
Onboarding & Engagement
Help with orientation sessions for new employees.
Assist in organizing team-building activities.
Support HR in communicating company policies and procedures.
General HR Administration
Answer employee queries related to HR policies.
Provide support in payroll data collection.
Suggest improvements to HR processes.
