Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Times, Quikr and Monster etc.)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
HR Executive (Recruiter)
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, placement consultancy, colleges, and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, company policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• will be responsible to independently handle all Employee documentation
• will be responsible to orient all new hires about the company

• Additional basic office responsibilities on the need basis
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• Salary negotiation skill, reference check by past employer of candidate, candidate joining formalities,
