Initiate tie-ups with professional institutes and HR consultant companies for strategic talent acquisition.
Candidate Engagement and Screening: Engage with candidates through phone calls to assess their interest and suitability for the position. Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Screening and Interviewing: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team. Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the interview process. Gather feedback from reporting manager i.e. (interviewers’ response) and provide updates to candidates on their application status. Generate reports based on the screening and interview outcomes for evaluation and decision making.
MIS Management: Update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) with accurate candidate information and interview outcomes. Generate reports to assess the quality of sourcing efforts and initial screenings. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process. Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing and screening activities.
