HR Domestic Recruiter manages the full hiring lifecycle for local roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding local talent, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs, posting jobs, using ATS, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with labor laws. Key tasks include crafting JDs, using social media/job boards, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing candidate data.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing effective plans to find talent locally.
Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to define roles and requirements.
Sourcing: Finding candidates via job boards, social media (LinkedIn), databases, and referrals.
Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone/video interviews.
Interviewing: Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the hiring team.
Candidate Management: Serving as a liaison, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
Offer & Onboarding: Extending offers, negotiating, and facilitating new hire orientation.
