We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Bangalore
🎓 Qualification: Postgraduate( MBA ) HR specialization preferred.
💸 Salary: 3.5 LPA - 5.5 LPA
💼 Freshers - 2 YOE
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Own assigned requirements from sourcing through candidate joining.
Understand role, skill, experience and band requirements.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.
Conduct HR screening and assess overall candidate suitability.
Manage interview coordination, feedback, selection, offer and joining.
Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on recruitment requirements.
Monitor candidate pipelines, ageing, conversions and potential hiring risks.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.
Support volume, lateral and niche hiring requirements.
