Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Posting & Sourcing:
Write compelling job descriptions and advertise openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates using strategies like networking, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
Screening & Assessment:
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone or video) to assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring teams and managers.
ATS Management:
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize candidate data, applications, and progress through the hiring process.
Offer & Onboarding:
Communicate offers to selected candidates, manage negotiation processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and report on progress.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's reputation as an employer and attract top talent.
