EXPERTIZE HR - HR Recruiter Opportunity (Mira Road)

Job Details

Location: Mira Road (Work from Office)

Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 Hours)

Lunch Break: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Week-off : Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 18,000

Perks: Rs. 3,000 Incentives + Rs. 6,000 Loyalty Bonus

Interview Timing: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Activities (HR Consultancy)

• Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for multiple client companies (BPO)

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates according to client requirements using various

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

• Negotiate with candidates regarding salary, joining dates, and other requirements

• Work under pressure to meet client requirements and targets

• Make approximately 100 calls per day to identify and connect with potential

candidates

Requirements

• Minimum Education: HSC (12th Pass)

• Excellent English (Read & Write)

• Multitasking & Negotiation Skills
