Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment support for assigned positions
• Make 100–150 calls per day to screen and source candidates
• Source candidates through job portals, calling databases, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
• Understand job requirements and match suitable profiles
• Share shortlisted candidates with the senior recruitment team
• Maintain daily call sheets, candidate data, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
• Coordinate with candidates till interview scheduling stage
Required Skills & Competencies
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and screening
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Smart, proactive, and quick learner
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment or calling profile
• Age: 20 to 30 years (preferred)
• Comfortable working from office at Bandra West
• Willingness to work on targets and calling metrics
