Job Title: HR Recruiter / Human Resource Recruiter

Location: Mumbai Central, Tardeo
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Depending on interview performance)

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who has knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing. The candidate should be able to handle in-house hiring requirements and coordinate with candidates professionally.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through Shine, TimesJobs & Naukri portals
Screening and shortlisting profiles
Coordinating interviews with candidates
Maintaining recruitment database and follow-ups
Handling daily recruitment activities

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of HR recruitment
Experience in using Shine, TimesJobs & Naukri portals
Good communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
