Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
· Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements
· Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines
· Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
· Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups with selected candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
· Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and recruitment tools
· Good organizational and time management skills
