Acquisition Executive (Remote)

Hiring for Everest Fleet through Shri Ram Public Network (SRPN)

Join one of India's leading fleet recruitment teams and build your career in talent acquisition and workforce operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit eligible driver partners.

• Screen candidates and verify documents.

• Explain Everest Fleet programs and onboarding process.

• Coordinate candidate onboarding and activation.

• Maintain CRM records and daily reports.

• Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.

• Achieve weekly onboarding targets while maintaining quality.

Eligibility

• Graduate (Preferred)

• Experience: 0–6+ Years (Freshers with excellent communication may apply)

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

• Regional language proficiency as per hiring location.
