Job Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates and build a strong employer brand.

Write job descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and write clear job descriptions.

Source candidates: Find potential applicants using various methods like job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.

Screen applicants: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

Conduct interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person or group interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.

Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage candidate data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Extend job offers: Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.

Support onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
