Supervisor (Operations + Recruitment)
Process: Zepto (Quick Commerce)

📍 Location: Multiple Stores (As per Requirement)

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / Month
➕ Performance Incentives (Up to ₹3000)

Job Work:

  • Store operations handle karna

  • Delivery executives ki attendance & performance monitor karna

  • Orders target complete karna (30 days DOJ)

  • Delivery boys ki field & telephonic hiring

  • New joiners onboarding & reporting

👉 Operations + Recruitment dono responsibility hogi

Experience:
