Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Field HR professional who has a proven track record in hiring delivery boys directly from the field. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communicationskills, and hands-on experience in bulk hiring for delivery operations.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit delivery boys through field hiring, local networks, and tie-ups.Conduct field visits to attract, onboard, and engage candidates.Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.Build and maintain strong local vendor/partner networks for smooth hiring.Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of delivery executives.Achieve hiring targets as per business requirements.Requirements:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field hiring (preferably in logistics/last-mile delivery).Strong knowledge of local hiring practices and field recruitment strategies.Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
