About the Role – HR Recruiter (JD)
Sourcing & Attraction: Job postings, networking, social media hiring, and building a strong talent pipeline.
Screening & Selection: Shortlisting resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
Offer & Onboarding: Salary negotiation, background verification, releasing offers, and supporting the onboarding process.
Administration: Managing ATS records and preparing recruitment-related reports.
Strategy: Designing and implementing hiring strategies to attract top talent.
