Job Description

🚀 WE ARE HIRING – HR RECRUITER (CONTRACT)

📌 Experience: 1–3 Years

🎓 Qualification: Graduate

⏳ Contract Duration: 6 Months (Fixed Term)

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Retail & Corporate roles

• Candidate sourcing via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals & social media

• Resume screening and initial HR interviews

• Interview coordination with hiring managers

• Maintaining recruitment trackers & candidate databases

• Sharing regular recruitment status reports

• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience from interview to joining

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with job portals

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple open positions
