HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be comfortable with daily calling, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and regular follow-ups until candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases

• Make daily calls to candidates to assess suitability and interest

• Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews with the hiring team

• Explain job roles, company details, and interview process clearly to candidates

• Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining

• Handle offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• MBA in HR (preferred)

• 6 month – 3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in Telesales recruitment would be preferable)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups on a daily basis

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment
