Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across multiple industries. The recruiter will play a key role in fulfilling hiring mandates within defined timelines while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job fit.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Required Skills:
Expert in hiring Bulk Hiring / Volumn Hiring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals.
Need to have experience in hiring Blue Collor candidates.
Qualification:
pluse 2 or Bachelor's Degree with Staffing Experience will be added Advantage.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Bulk Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, or HR Recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Expert in Bulk hiring
Number of positions closed.
Interview-to-selection ratio.
Candidate joining ratio.
Turnaround Time (TAT) for closures.
Client and candidate satisfaction.
