Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-IT hiring across BPO, Sales, Operations, HR and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Source candidates through portals like Naukri.com, Foundit, Hirect & LinkedIn

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers

• Manage offer rollout, salary discussion, and joining formalities

• Support onboarding and documentation

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 4 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT hiring preferred)

• Strong sourcing & communication skills

• Ability to meet hiring targets

• MBA/BBA in HR or relevant field
