Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end non-IT hiring for Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing,
Retail and support functions
Act as a strategic hiring partner to HODs and senior leadership.
Drive workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and manpower budgeting.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
Handle volume/mass hiring, lateral hiring, campus drives, and job fairs.
Source candidates via Naukri, Foundit, Hirect, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Design, update, and standardize job descriptions as per business needs.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with stakeholders.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, closures, and joining formalities.
Coordinate background verification, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Manage recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and job portals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and documentation standards.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
Assist in monthly hiring dashboards and share insights with leadership.
Improve recruitment processes using data-driven insights.
Strengthen employer branding through social media campaigns and referral programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking, market mapping, and competitor hiring analysis.
