Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for various non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process — from understanding job requirements to onboarding.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on requirements.

• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

• Handle salary negotiation and post-offer follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required Skills

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
