Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Assist in performance management processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office.
0–2 years of experience (freshers can also apply).
