Job Description

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Habitat Prime / Habitat Realty.

Experience: 1 - 2 years as Recruiter. (posting, search portals, call & line up interviews)

In-hand salary - ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 (sub to last drawn & experience).

Timing: 9.30 am to 6.00 pm

5 days working - Saturday off (2nd & 4th)

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online portals.
Screen resumes, daily line up of interviews.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

The tasks include identifying potential candidates, daily line up for interviews. You will be responsible for updating job ads and performing search and filter of candidates on various recruitment portals.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must.
