Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/- per month
Reports To: Founder / Management Team
Role Overview
The HR Executive will support the daily human resource operations including recruitment coordination, employee record management, attendance monitoring, and ensuring smooth communication between management and staff. The role requires a responsible, organized individual who can help maintain a professional and disciplined work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Support onboarding and documentation for new employees
• Ensure office policies, discipline, and HR protocols are followed
• Coordinate internal communication between teams and management
• Assist in organizing team meetings and maintaining HR reports
Skills Required
• Basic HR knowledge and documentation skills
• Good communication and organizational ability
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR processes
• Professional attitude and confidentiality in handling employee information.
