HR Recruiter

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with client companies.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining updates.

• Maintain accurate daily trackers and reports of candidates sourced and interviewed.

• Ensure all candidates meet required job specifications and qualifications.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

• Experience in recruitment or HR consultancy (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines
