Month 1 Target: 40% (8 hires) – If not achieved, only 50% salary will be paid

Month 2 Target: 60% (12 hires) – If not achieved, only 50% salary will be paid

Month 3 onwards: 100% (20 hires) – If not achieved, only 50% salary will be paid
