Source and screen candidates through job portals & social media
Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
Handle bulk hiring and multiple job roles
Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment process
✅ Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
06 month - 1 year of recruitment experience can apply
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Job Portals
Target-driven and eager to learn
Immediate joiners preferred
