Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s talent acquisition strategies. This role will focus on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent while aligning HR initiatives with the company’s business objectives. This include both senior level recruitment as well as bulk.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
1. Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Develop employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer.
4. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide hiring solutions.
5. Implement and manage recruitment tools, metrics, and reporting systems to track performance.
Leadership and Strategy:
3. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
4. Develop and manage the HR budget for talent acquisition and business HR activities.
