✨ HR Recruiter – Jewellery Industry
Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles in jewellery manufacturing, design, accounts, and sales. The role requires strong industry knowledge, networking ability, and a keen eye for talent suited to the jewelry sector.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire candidates for CAD Designers, Accountants, Sales Executives, and factory staff.
Job Posting: Draft and publish engaging job ads on portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and administer skill tests (CAD portfolio, accounts compliance, sales role-play).
Industry Networking: Build relationships with jewelry institutes, trade associations, and local talent pools.
Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, compliance documentation, and induction programs.
Database Management: Maintain a talent pipeline and employee records in Excel/HRMS.
Compliance Support: Assist HR Manager in labour law compliance, attendance, and payroll structuring.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and retail roles.
Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with HR documentation and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
