Job Overview

Chutkee Lifestyle Services Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closures for various hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.

• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with interested candidates and ensure interview attendance.

• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Work on daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Explore new sourcing channels to improve candidate pipeline and conversion.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (HR/MBA in HR preferred).

• Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed and Apna.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Good follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
