Urgent Opening: HR Recruiter – BPO Bulk Hiring

Position: HR Recruiter

Domain: BPO – Bulk Hiring (Customer Service Profiles)

Profile Type: Pure Recruitment Role (End-to-End Hiring)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in BPO recruitment (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with job portals is a must.  

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000  

(Based on communication skills, recruitment experience, educational background, and confidence level)

For exceptionally strong candidates, the last drawn salary can be matched.

Shift Timing: Fixed 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  

Weekly Off: Sunday  

Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)  

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel

Age Criteria: 20 to 35 years  

Key Requirement: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)  

Joining: Immediate  

Important Notes:  

Freshers are not eligible.  

No consultancy recruiters.  

Only candidates with relevant BPO recruitment experience will be considered.
