HR Recruiter

• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.

• Understanding client requirements and organisation with regard to their existing business activities.

• Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources.  

• Screening the profiles,  Conducting a telephonic interview.

• Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.

• Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.

• Salary negotiation, Follow up till the date of joining, Closing the positions.

• Taking references from the candidates.

 Working Days: Monday to Friday

 Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

 Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 Leave Policy: 10 Festival Leaves + 12 Paid Leaves
