We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to attract, assess, and hire quality talent across various roles. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements as per business needs.
• Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate records.
• Follow up with candidates through the selection, offer, and joining process.
• Adhere to company policies, hiring timelines, and recruitment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
